Bledar Devolli (born 15 January 1978) is an Albanian football midfielder who plays for KS Luftëtari Gjirokastër in Albanian First Division.
He has been capped twice for Albania.
He was released by the Flamurtari chairman Shpëtim Gjika on 19 July 2011, along with three other main players, Daniel Xhafaj, Sebino Plaku and Julian Ahmataj.[1]
